Benefits of Cabbage

Cabbage is a super food with countless health benefits. Add it to your cooking to help you stay healthy. One of my favorite ways to eat cabbage is in a salad. I mix cabbage with carrots, cucumber, onion and jalapenos for some spice and dress it with olive oil, red wine vinegar and some Himalayan pink salt. You can mix it up and add whatever your favorite vegetables to mix with cabbage are.
